13th International Guitar Festival Rust

The International Guitar Festival Rust was founded in the year 1998
as an idea of the guitar students of the Joseph Haydn Konservatorium
in Eisenstadt (near Rust). Over the past ten years the festival has become very popular for guitar players because of masterclasses, the 2 competitons, the famous "John Duarte Guitar Competition" as well as the new "Jorge Cardoso Young Guitar Players Competiton", concerts and many more.

Thanks to the D´Addario Foundation of performing arts, the Rotary Club Eisenstadt and the Raiffeisenlandesbank Burgenland the festival will take place from 17. April until 22. April 2011.
We are looking forward to see you at the guitar festival. Enjoy the beautiful landscape of Rust, the guitars, excellent food and....the wine, of course.
